The next meeting will be held at Burning Springs. March 9, 1976, at 7:30 P.M. Alvin M. Thacker of 1002 441h Street. Vienna. was elected POTEN- TATE of Nemesis Temple in Parkersburg at their Annual Meeting lanuary 15th. "'Tubby" as he is known to his many friends has been active in Masonry for many years. He is a Charter Member of Vienna Lodge #172. He is a member of the Scottish Rite Bodies in Parkersburg and Charleston. W. Va. Also a member of the York Rite Bodies in Parkersburg. He has been active in DeMolay work and serves as State Membership Advisor at this time. "'Tubby" is currently Membership Chariman of the Middle Atlantic Shrine Association consisting of {22} Shrine Temples in the Middle Atlantic Area. He also serves on the Imperial Membership Committee of North America. He played for the Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles in the National Football League playing under the famed Earle "Greasy" Neal while with the Eagles. He was recently named to the All Time All Conference Team in W. Va. He is married to Lilyan Rathbone Thacker of Parkersburg and has one son. Alvin M.. IT. who lives in Charleston, W. Va. For the past 24 years he has been employed by Broderick & Bascom Rope Co. of St. Louis. Missouri as a District Representative, traveling in W. Va.. Kentucky, Ohio. Pennsylvania and New York.
