Article 2, Section 4, of the Code of West virginia and Rule 23 of the Rules and Regulations for the Government of the Construction and Filing of Tariffs of Public Utilities, Other Than Common Carriers. of the Public Service Commission of West Virginia, NOTICE is hereby given that The Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company of West Virginia. a public utility furnishing telephone service within the State of West Virginia, has issued and filed with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia. its tariff as follows: P.S.C.-W. Vs.-No. 202 - Local Exchange Services Tariff Section 2. 27th Revised Page 5 Supplement No. 1. 5th Revised Page 47 The revised tariff aforesaid, which will become effective on March 26. 1976. provides for the extension of the first locality rate area and Suburban service in the Glenville Exchanee. These changes will result in decreases in charges m certain customers. The tariff also provides for the partial elimination of rural service in the Glooville Exchange. Suburban service will become the basic offering outside the rate area in the Glenville Exchange. The customers with Rural service that are regrading will also have the option of subscribing to one - or two-party service where facilities are available. All customers affected will be individually notified. On the 25th day of February, 1976, said tariffs, rates and charges were exhibited for ublic inspection at the office and place of siness otthe Company in the territory affected thereby, to-wit, at the following place: 134 Center Avenue. Weston Said tariff will be kept open for public inspection at said office and place of business in conformity with the requirements of Rules 23, 24 and 37 of said Rules and Regulations, together with a copy of the Public Service Commission Law of t'-'is State and a copy of the Rules and Regulations for the Government of such Utility adopted by the Public Service Commission of West Virginia.
