March 25 - The Gilmer County High School Bud will present their annual spring concert at 8 p.m. in the Glenvflle State College aufitorium. March 26 -- The Gilmer County Bicentennial C, mnmission "Heritage '76" will meet at 2 p.m. Friday in the Fellowship Hall, United Methodist Church to discuss projects for the 1976 Bicentennial celebration. March 27 -- There will be a flea market and bake sale at the St. John's United Methodist Church in Spencer from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Luncheon will be served. Sponsored by the United Methodist Women of St. John's. March 28 - Revival Services will beln at the Kanawha Drive Commnity Church and continue through ]qpril 4. Special singing each evening. Everyone welcome. No charge. Veterans Ask... Veterans recently separated from military service are encouraged by the Veterans Administration to check' the timetable on veterans' benefits. Upon notification by the Depart- ment of Defense that service members have terminated active duty under conditions other than dishonorable, the VA sends the new veteran a summary of key benefits with time periods in which appliations mtmt be made. Separate communications provide the veteran with GI Loan Certificates of Eligibility for homes, condominiums and mobile homes and information on insurance and educational programs. VA Regional Office Director Sam A, Tiano urged recent veterans to contact the nearest VA office or a veterans' service organization repre- sentative for complete application procedures.
