Last year a team from the local District visited District 265 in New South Wales, Australia as a part of an exchange program sponsored by Rotary Interna- tional. The team will be led by Hugh McCrindle, representative of the District Governor in Australia. Hugh is from Taree, New South Wales, where he is a manager of Radio Station 2RE. Other team members are Raymond Brenton, ,police constable from Curlewis; a high school teacher of science and mathematics, William Heazlett; Barry Levick, a teacher in elementary school; Richard Thomas, a Field Marketing Officer from Shell Chemicals; and Eric Dekkers, a Range Stock Inspector. Local arrangements for the visitation are being made by Dr. Vernon Hoefer, International Chair- man of the Rotary Club. While in Glenville the visitors from "Down Under" will meet local people, attend a meeting of the Rotary Club, which will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, play some golf and tennis, and spend some time with their professional counterparts in our community. Mayor Davidson has arranged for the police constable to visit and patrol with our local officers. Croup Study Exchange, an educational activity of Rotary Interna- tional, offers a unique person-to- person opportunity for the promotion of better understanding and friendly relations of the people of the world. The program provides travel grants for the exchange of teams of young business and professional men between paired districts in different countries, enabling them to study the institutions and ways of life of their hosts and to develop personal acquaintances and exchange ideas. / EASY / \\; DoEs ')!:" J FIND IT IN THE WANTADS! 6hnville Variely Shop HOBBLES ORIGINAL PAINTINGS CRAFTS GROCERIES GASOLINE GREENWARE We Now Have Unleaded Gas!
