A-IO The Glenville Democrat/Pathflndex Friday May 7, 1976 In recent years, the state has taken money which should have been used to maintain our sec- ondary roads and used it instead to build super- highways. It's no wonder our secondary roads are in deplorable condition. Jay Rockefeller will reverse these priori- ties, and put greater em- phasis on maintaining and modernizing West Vi ginia's secondary starting with Routes and 52. That's the creative leadership Virginia needs. Democratic Primary, Tuesday, May 11 Paid for by Rockefeller for Governor Committee; Ken Dunn. Treasurer 807 Virginia Street. E..
