SARAH ANN PAYNE AND TITUS RAY ROBINSON Payne and Robinson to Wed Marcellus Shale Plant Opens in Southwestern Pennsylvania A plant built to process natural gas drawn from the Marcellus Shale for- mauon in southwestern Pennsy Ivania and northern West Virginia is up and running. The facility, about 15 miles south of Pittsburgh, can process 30 million cubic feet of natural gas each day. The plant is a joint venture of MarkWest Energy Partners LP. of Denver. and NGP Midstream & Re- sources LP. a private equity firm based in Houston.
