Ms. Moore, a graduate of Glenville High School and the Clarksburg Beauty Academy, is Volunteer Coor- dinator for the American Red Cross' Blood Drives in the city. In her re-election effort this incum- bent has 10 years of experience on the City Council and is also a member of the Municipal Commission, the Lewis-Gilmer Solid Waste Asso- ciation, and the Glenville Side(valk Gang. Ms. Moore would like to beautify our downtown by helping to re-write an ordinance concerning dilapidated buildings in the city. and she hopes to follow through with grants for the city's sidewalks and for bolstering the FRN's efforts to upgrade our down- town. KAY MOORE Anthony "Charles" Campbell, Gilmer County's new Dog Warden, is running for City Council, Ward II. Born in Weston, Mr. Campbell is a graduate of Gilmer County High School and a lifetime resident of Gilmer County. He is a Sergeant in the U.S. Army National Guard and is employed in maintenance at Glenville McDonald's. He is also a volunteer fireman with the Glenville Station of the Gilmer County Fire Department, andis a member of the Lewis County Ambu- lance Service. Mr. Campbell's primary political goals are to improve Glenville by bringing it back to the people and making it a more business- and fam- ily-friendly city.
