ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is to obtain an order of the Circuit Court of Giimer County. West Virginia, that being the juvenile court of said County, granting to the Department of Welfare of the State of West Virginia the exclusive permanent care, custody, guardianship and authority to consent to the adoption of Misty Miller and Christy Miller. It appearing from affadavit filed in this action that Molly Mae Miller did on the *6th day el February, 1978, relinquish all parental rights in and to the said infants. It further appears from the affadavit that the paternity of Misty Miller and Christy Miller has not been established. Any person claiming to be the father of said infants is hereby notified that hearing will be had upon matters arising upon said petition to be held on the tSth day of ]uly. 1976, at 10:O0 o'clock A.M., of said day in the Circuit Courtroom of the Gilmer County Courthouse in the City of Glenville, West Virginia. at which time such person may appear and protect his interests if he be so advised. A copy of said petition may be obtained from the undersigned clerk at his office located in the aforesaid Gilmer County Courthouse in the City of Glenville, West Virginia.
