Ezra Minncy Jr, 63, of Berea, Y',' .Va., died Moll., Aug. 4, 2003 at his c~;idel~.ce, tte was born July 14, 1940 at Glenville, W.Va., the son of the late Ezra and Jospehine Pearl Stull Min- ney. Mr. Minney was a farmer in the Cox's Mills area, and a member of the Glenville Lodge I.O.O.F., West Vir- ginia Farm Bureau in Gihner County. Mr. Minney was a member of the Auburn Baptist Church. Mr. Minney is survived by his wife: Margaret Elloise Law Minney, one daughter: Roberta Manzer. Winfa]l. NC. two suns: Michcal Mmncy. Alum Creek, and Jeffrey Minney, Fmrmont, four sisters; Annette Summers, Parkersburg, Ave Pogego and Madlyn Phillips both of Elyria, OH. Lavonnc Rush, Lockney, three brothers; Leon Minney, Glenville, Thomas Minney, Tanner, and Daniel Minney, Gassaway, and seven grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, five hall-brothers, and two half-sis- ters. Funeral services were held on Wed., Aug. 6, at the Raiguct Funeral Home in Harrisville. Burial followed in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Berea, W.Va. CAROLYN J. SKINNER Carolyn J. Skinner, 54, of 212 West 7th Street, Weston, died on Tues., July 29, 2003, in Ruby Memorial Hospital of Morgantown following a brief illness. She was born in Lewis County on April 23, 1949. She was a daughter of the late Wilbert C. Kelley and Nellie W. (Queen) Kelley. On Oct. 14, 1967, she married Glen R Skinner, I, who preceded her in death on Nov, 9, 1990.
