Page 6--The Glenville Democrat/Pathfinder--Thursday, August 8, 1991 Flint reunion held at Hyres Run The descendants of the late John J. and Tina Dean Flint met at the old home farm at Hyres Run Saturday, July 20 for their annual homecoming. All fami- lies were represented except the Hugh Sniders of Glenville and the family of the late Cecil Townsend of Ohio. Despite the heat everyone seemed to enjoy the day. A bountiful meal was served at noon to approximately 75 descendants and several guests. In the afternoon, music was furnished by Joe and Jean Oaks and Jim Wilson. Those present were: John S. Corrections Kenny Short, who partici- pated in the Braxton County Car Club's annual summer show, is the owner of a 1967 Chevelle SS. This was incorrectly re- ported in last week's edition. On July 25 in the news from the Circuit Court, the story should have stated that Richard G. Maxwell, II was given two years probation on a misde- meanor charge of battery.
