NAME/ADDRESS NAME/ADDRESS None Required None Required None Required None Required Beverly Marks Clerk of the County Commission Of GIImer County, West Virginia Legal Class II 9-18c PUBLIC NOTICE OF CHANGE IN RATES UPON APPI.JCATION (Tariff Rule No. 30-(3) NOTICE is hereby given that EAST RE- SOURCES, INC., a public utility, has filed with the PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF WEST VIRGINIA, an application containing increased rates, tolls and charges for furnishing gas service to 5,050 customers at vadous locations in the Counties of Boone, Cebeit, Calhoun, Clay, Doddrldge, Gitmer, Harrison, Kanawhe, Lewis, Lincoln, logan, Marion, Marshall, Monongalla, Putnam, Ritchle, Roane, Tyler, Wetzel, Wirt and Wood. The proposed increased rates and charges will become effective November 1, 2003 unless otherwise ordered by the Public Service Com- mission and will produce approximately $684,247 annually in additional revenue, an increase of 26.1% The average monthly bill for the various classes of customers will increase as follows: Residential $10.39 26. 1% Commercial $20,44 26.
