The Care features daffy luncheon specials. The full service restaurant has been in operation for many ears, however, Mrs. Bogp took over the reins two years aao, having 25 years previous expereince in the restaurant usiness. Carolyn's Cafe and the Derrick Lounge employ 15 persons and are open seven days a week. The Derrick Lounge, as can be seen in the photo, is noted for its hat collection. Mrs. Bogas said that the collection Started when a customer came in the bar, threw his hat on the bar and told her to Fat it on the shelf. She now has 266 different hats on her shelves. The Derrick Room, located directly behind Carolyn's Care, features fine dinin8 with daily specials and features fine salad bar. Terry Putnam has been with the business and, according to Carolyn, has been a "tremendous help." Carolyn also States that her dauahter-in-law, Tessie, recently began working in the business and will soon be a big part in the OPeration.
