Suncraft's also has a small grocery store, which they hope to expand to include Italian foods, herbs, spices and, even- tually, health foods. Joe is par- ticularly proud of the fact that his food has no chemicals or preservatives. He states, "the unbleached flour is better nutritionally." Besides his bakery and restaurant business, Joe has a truck service that he terms "a restaurant on wheels." The truck is loaded each day and services several Weston fac- tories. He would like to serve all large and small businesses in the Glenville-Weston vicini- ty. The truck keeps the baked goods and meats warmed, has a salad bar and serves a variety of beverages.
