RUBRECHT Director 10-14-2tc NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE RATES On September 2, 1976, Town of Glenville. a public utility, filed with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia. an application requesting increased rates and charges for furnishing sewer service to its customers at Glanville, in the County of Gllmer. The proposed rates are to become effective upon approval by the Commission and are as follows: APPLICABILITY Applicable in the entire territory served. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE Available for general domestic and commercial service in the entire district served. RATE First 3,000 gallons used vet month S1.60 per 1,000 a lions Next 3.000 gallons used per month $1.44 per 1,000 gallons Next 4,000 gallons used per month $1.28 per 1.000 gallons Next 10,000 gallons used per month $1.12 per 1,000 gallons Next 20,000 gallons used per month $ .96 per 1,000 gallons Next 60,000 gallons used per month $ .88 per 1.000 gallons All over 100,000 gallons used per month $ .80 per 1,000 gallons MINIMUM CHARGE No bill shall be rendered for loss than $4.80 per month. TRAILER COURTS House trailer courts shall be provided with a master meter (or Master meters) and no sewer connection bill shall be rendered for less than the following: Throe Dollars and Eighty-nine Cents ($3.89) multiplied by the number of units situated on the court site at the time the meter is read or the minimum charge, whichever is greater.
