N November 3, 1977 IL CLERKS PRI !PARE FOR m Ii TIATIONS AT KINNEY'S Representatives from the Retail Clerks Union Footwear Division AFL-CIO have been to nearly every Kinney Shoe Factory employee's home. We have come to know the employees and understand the problems  and needs at Kinney's. The representatives as well as most employees ! feel that the Retail Clerks Union will be voted in on November 4, 1977. The company will be required to begin negotiations immediately. For this reason a proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, November 10th. -  * ..... Employees are requed to atte   ..... their ideas to be negotiated into their contract. Husbands and wives are invited to attend. All representatives of the Retail Clerks Union wish to thank the Kinney employees for their friendly welcome into their homes.
