CRASH REPORT On Nov. 12, 2003, Aaron David Snyder, 19, of Buckhannon, driving a 1994 Ford Ranger, was traveling on SR 33/119 when his vehicle slid on wet pavement at the top of Stewart's Creek Hill and crashed into a guard- raAI. No injuries were reported. On Nov. 14, 2003, Tommy Mead- own, 31, of Lockney, driving a vehicle owned by Waco Oil and Gas, was traveling East on SR 5, towing a trailer with a Gradall forklift upon it. When the vehicle began to turn left at the end of Rock Quarry Straight, the fork- lift overturned and fell off the trailer, sinking the guardrail on the nght side of the roadway and landing upside down.
