Home with Wayne, Carl S DodriU and Paul Morrison officiating. Burial was in the Eventide Cemetery. Spencer. Aubra James Aubra V. James, 76, of Norman- town, died Friday, Nov. 26 in Calhoun General Hospital, following a brief illness. Born at Normantown, a son of the late John and May Beall James, he was a member of Steer Run Baptist Church. He was a retired farmer. Survivors include his wife, Rhoda; four sons, Michael, Everett, of Parkersburg. Mrs. Sue Holliday of Largo, Fla., Mrs. Fern Helmick of Normantown and Mrs. Euda Daniels of Clifton Forge, Va.; one brother, Carry of Normantown; three sisters, Leafy, Olive, and Charlotte James, all of Normantown; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. One sister preceded him in death. Funeral services were held Sunday. Nov. 28 at Spurgeon Mortuary with the Rev. Fell Kennedy officiating. Burial was in Beall Cemetery. Guy Ash, Sr. Guy Ash, Sr., 8, of Glenville, formerly of Normantown, died Friday, Nov. 26 in the Clarksburg VA Hospital. following a brief illness. Born in Doddridge County, a son of the late Christopher Adam and Amanda Kelly Ash, he was a retired employe of Hope Natural Gas Co. He was a member of Glenville IOOF Lodge and was a World War I Army veteran. Survivors include one son, Guy, Jr., of Weston; three daughters, Mrs. Hazel Virginia Resar of Grafton, O., Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Moore and Mrs. Zethra Mildred Mohr, both of Columbia Station, O.: 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucy Ellen Hewit'. Ash, one brother, two sisters and one grandchild. Graveside rites were conducted Sunday, Nov. 28 at Meadow Lane Cemetery with the Rev Martin Berisford officiaag. Mrs. Marie Stump Funeral services for Mrs. Marie ,Isabell Parsons Stump. 51, of North Ridgeville, 0.. were held Wednesday, Nov. 24 at the Dusk Camp United Methodist Church. Rev. Glenn Klrkpat- rick officiated and burial was in the Dusk Camp Cemetery. Mrs. Stump died Sunday, Nov. 21 in Day View Hospital. Bay Village, O. She was born March 11, 1025, at Stout's Mill, Gilmer County, daughter of the late James and Opal Cottrill McCullough. Survivors include her husband, Roy Stump; two sons, James Parsons of North Ridgeville. and Coy Parsons, Altus, Okla.; a sister, Mrs. Batty Rollins, Stout's Mills; and six grandchildren. Bobble Lynn C,mad Bobbie Lynn Conrad, a five-day old infant of Baltimore, Md., died Nov. 26 in South Baltimore Hospital. He is survived by his mother, Pamela Conrad of Baltimore, Md. and a sister, Donnetta Conrad at home and maternal step grandfather, Spurgeon Allen of Normantown. Graveside ceremonies were held Monday, Nov. 29 at Conrad Cemetery at Stouts Mill with Rev. Harlen Alltop officiating. Arrangements were made by Spurgeon Mortuary. Way, nan Stewart Wayman W. (Boobe) Stewart, 40. of W. Main St., Glenville, died suddenly Thursday, Nov. 2 at his residence. A Korean Conflict veteran, he attended Tanner High School in Gllmer County and had been employed at the Glenville Day Care Center. Survivors include his fatlr. Alpheus Stewart of Glenvillo; one brother. Darrell of Compton, Calif.; and one sister, Mrs. Mary Hardman of Tanner. He was preceded in death by his mother, Waneva Bennett Stewart, and two brothers. Funeral services were held Sunday, Nov. 28 at Stump Funeral Chapel in Tanner. Burial was in the Stalnaker Cemetery. Mr. William (Bill) Luzader had to go to the Calhoun General Hospital after going to the Gilmer County Medical Center for X-rays Nov. 18. He returned home Nov. 20. Bob Harris from Connecticut came in Nov. 15. from the Navy to visit Marcella Luzader and went back to Connecticut Nov. 26. There was a funeral at the Dusk Camp United Methodist Church for Marie McCullough. We'd like to send our deepest sympathy to the McCullough family. Several of the men of our community have gotten deer. Mrs. Bessie Luzader spent her Thanksgiving dinner with her son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Billy Luzader and children and grandchild- ren. Mr. and Mrs. Bob WaSlW and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Thompson and children came in for deer sum and Thanksgiving with Mr. and Mrs. Holland Self. Businessmen.
