He was born January 27, 1935 in Clothier, a son of the late William Kelly Bailey and Martha (Gibson) Bailey. He was retired from Troy Mills, Inc., Harrisville and he en- joyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by daugh- ters, Barbara Bailey Gain (Larry) of Clarksburg; Juanita Bailey (Kevin Stout) of Glendale; and Nancy Greathouse of Auburn; step- daughters, Patficia Osborne (John) of Harrisville; and Cathy Gibson of Auburn; grandchildren, Sherry Murvine, Charles Winans (Lori), Jessica Waggoner (fianc6 Jason Ross), Kristin Stoner (Jason),GinaPointer, Siena Osborne, Steve Gibson, Craig Gibson, Michelle Hornsby, Taylor Osborne, and several great- grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren; and a brother, Herbert Bailey. In addition to his parents, Mr. Bailey was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Ann Bailey; brothers, Henry, James and Eugene Bailey; sisters, Elba Osborne, Mary Sutphin, Minnie Cook, and Oma Jean Freshour; step-son, Arthur Gibson: and grandson, Jonathan Osborne. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, De- cember 14, 2016 at Raiguel Funeral Home, Harrisville. Pastors Dennett Osborne and Mike Kell officiated. AJ is survived by his lov- ing wife of 29 years, Grace Curry (Sizemore); and his children, Kevin Curry of Huttonsville; and Robin ~Tom) Brannon of Coolville, OH.; step-children, Ron Ramsey (Kelly) ofKalkaska, MI; Deborah Barnes (Frank) of Racine, WI; and Susan Cooper (Ron) of Boyne City; 11 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; and many other family and friends. AJ was proceeded in death by his only brother, Richard Curry; and step-son Don Ramsey. AJ was employed for many years and retired from both Dowell Schlumberger and Dominion. During re- tirement AJ loved to go fish- ing and taking his kids and grandkids on the pontoon at many of the area lakes. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR and tinkering on small lawn equipment en- gines as well as his pick-up and other vehicles. AJ believed in paying it forward by beco~fling an or- gan donor and giving the Gift of Life. This was in- spired by one of his son in- laws who was an organ re- cipient just this year. The memorial service was scheduled for Saturday, No- vember 26th at 1:00 pm at Kalkaska United Methodist Church with visitation be- ginning at noon. Pastor John Murray officiated.
